May 22, 2015 4:05 PM EDTFORT LEE, N.J., May 22, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Bancorp of New Jersey, Inc. (NYSE: BKJ), the holding company of Bank of New Jersey, announced that its board of directors, on May 21, 2015, declared a second quarter cash dividend of $0.06 per share of its common stock. The dividend will be paid on June 30, 2015 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 1, 2015.
