China TechFaith (CNTF) Reports Q1 Loss of $0.06/Share; Appoints New CEO
May 26, 2015 7:29 AM EDTChina TechFaith (NASDAQ: CNTF) reported Q1 EPS of ($0.06), versus ($0.07) reported last year. Revenue for the quarter came in at $24.7 million, versus $26.7 million reported last year.
The Company today announced that effective as of today, its Founder, Mr. Defu Dong, will serve solely as Chairman of the Board of Directors. The Company's President and Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Deyou Dong, will also serve as the Chief Executive Officer of TechFaith.
