RAMAT GAN, Israel--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- B Communications Ltd. (NASDAQ and TASE: BCOM) announced today that in a meeting held on this date, the Board of Directors of the Company, declared a dividend of NIS 2.24 per share (approximately $0.58 cents according to the rate of exchange on May 21, 2015) and approximately NIS 67 million (approximately $17 million) in the aggregate. Tax will be withheld at a rate of 25%.
