Vishay Intertechnology Declares Quarterly Dividend
May 19, 2015 4:05 PM EDTMALVERN, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. (NYSE: VSH), announced today that the Company's Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.06 per share of common stock and Class B common stock, to be paid on June 25, 2015 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 11, 2015. Future dividends will be subject to Board approval.
