Fauquier Bankshares, Inc. Declares Quarterly Dividend
May 19, 2015 9:30 AM EDTWARRENTON, Va., May 19, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Fauquier Bankshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: FBSS) recently announced a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share. This dividend was declared for shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 12, 2015 and will be payable on July 1, 2015. The $0.12 per share dividend represents a $0.48 dividend on an annualized basis.Â
