Wabtec Increases Dividend 33%; Shareholders Approve Company Proposals at Annual Meeting
May 13, 2015 4:04 PM EDTWILMERDING, Pa., May 13, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Wabtec Corporation (NYSE: WAB) today increased its regular quarterly dividend to 8 cents per share, from 6 cents per share. The new dividend rate will be payable initially Aug. 31, 2015 to shareholders of record Aug. 17, 2015.
