(NYSE: RICE) ("Rice Energy") today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 6,000,000 shares of its common stock owned by NGP Rice Holdings LLC (an affiliate of Natural Gas Partners), the selling stockholder named in the registration statement at a price to the public at $24.20 per share of common stock.
