Southwest Airlines (LUV) Raises Quarterly Dividend 25% to $0.075; 0.7% Yield
May 13, 2015 11:14 AM EDTSouthwest Airlines (NYSE: LUV) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.075 per share, or $0.3 annualized. This is a 25% increase from the prior dividend of $0.06.

May 13, 2015 11:13 AM EDTSouthwest Airlines (NYSE: LUV) announces the Southwest Airlines Board of Directors, at its meeting held today, increased the Company's quarterly dividend by 25 percent and authorized a new $1.5 billion share repurchase program. Under the new $1.5 billion share repurchase authorization, the Company intends to repurchase an initial $300 million of Southwest common stock under an accelerated share repurchase program.
