Pengrowth Energy Corporation Confirms Cdn $0.02 Cash Dividend Payable June 15, 2015 and Announces Executive Appointments
May 12, 2015 5:11 PM EDTCALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/12/15 -- Pengrowth Energy Corporation (TSX: PGF) (NYSE: PGH) today announced that its June 15, 2015 cash dividend will be Cdn $0.02 per common share. The ex-dividend date is May 20, 2015. The dividend will be payable to all shareholders who hold Pengrowth shares at the close of business on the record date of May 22, 2015.
