Highlights
Adjusted funds from operations ("AFFO") per share grew to $0.13 for the first quarter of 2015 from a deficit of ($0.48) for the first quarter of 2014. AFFO for the first quarter of $0.13 per share exceeded the Company's AFFO guidance of $0.10 to $0.11 per share. AFFO grew to $1.6 million for the quarter from a deficit of ($0.5) million for the prior year quarter....
