Spartan Motors Announces Dividend
May 11, 2015 4:15 PM EDTCHARLOTTE, Mich., May 11, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Spartan Motors, Inc. (NASDAQ: SPAR) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.05 per share of common stock.  Â
The Charlotte, Michigan-based manufacturer of custom chassis, emergency response and delivery and service vehicles reported its semi-annual dividend will be payable on June 25, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 21, 2015.Â
