Northland Capital Markets Lowers PT on LivePerson (LPSN) Following New Guidance
May 12, 2015 8:31 AM EDTmaintains an Outperform rating on LivePerson (NASDAQ: LPSN), but lowered the price target to $11.00 (from $16.00), based on FY16 revs. LPSN posted 1Q revenue slightly below estimates at $59.8M with EPS in line. FY15 revenue guidance decreased $21M. The new FY15 revenue guidance is $243 - $247mil (compared to the consensus of $264.3M estimate), and EPS of $0.10 - 0.15 (consensus of $0.28).
