SCHAUMBURG, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Global Brass and Copper Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: BRSS) (the Company) today announced that, on May 6, 2015, its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.0375 per share on the Companys common stock for the first quarter of 2015. The dividend will be paid on May 28, 2015 to stockholders of record on the close of business on May 18, 2015.
