AES Corp (AES) Announces 60M Common Secondary Offering
May 12, 2015 4:51 PM EDTAES Corp (NYSE: AES) announced the launch of a registered secondary public offering of approximately 60 million shares of AES common stock (the Offering), all of which will be offered by Terrific Investment Corporation (the Selling Stockholder), a subsidiary controlled by China Investment Corporation (CIC). AES will not receive any of the proceeds from the Offering.

AES Corp (AES) Reports In-Line Q1 EPS
May 11, 2015 6:07 AM EDTAES Corp (NYSE: AES) reported Q1 EPS of $0.25, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.25. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.98 billion versus the consensus estimate of $4.39 billion.
AES Corp sees FY2015 EPS of $1.25-$1.35, versus the consensus of $1.27.
