Canon (CAJ) Updates on Axis AB Tender Offer
May 11, 2015 6:31 AM EDTCanon (NYSE: CAJ) conducted a tender offer for the ordinary shares of Axis AB (Axis), a Sweden-based company (the Tender Offer) from March 3, 2015 to April 1, 2015, and from April 8, 2015 to April 21, 2015. Shareholders who did not tender their shares under the Tender Offer were granted an opportunity to tender their shares in an extended-acceptance period that commenced on April 24, 2015 and expired on May 5, 2015 (the Extended-Acceptance Period).
