Air Methods Reports 1Q2015 Results and 2Q2015 Update
May 7, 2015 4:02 PM EDTDENVER, May 7, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Air Methods Corporation (Nasdaq: AIRM), the global leader in air medical transportation, reported financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2015 and provided an update on preliminary April 2015 flight volume. For the quarter, revenue increased 8% to $238.3 million from $221.1 million in the prior-year quarter. Net income from continuing operations for the first quarter of 2015 was $12.9 million, or $0.32 per diluted share, compared with $11.6 million, or $0.29 per diluted share, in the first quarter of 2014.
