May 7, 2015 1:59 PM EDTSources indicated market regulators are looking at Riviera Tool Company (OTC: RIVT), which is up 6300%+ today on news Telsa (NASDAQ: TSLA) bought the company, although it appears the company had a 2007 bankruptcy and the equity might be worthless.

While it appears to be the same company with the same address, Riveria Tool went bankrupt in 2007 so it is unclear the equity has any value at this point.

Tesla (NASDAQ: TSLA) reported Q1 EPS of ($0.36), $0.13 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.49). Revenue for the quarter came in at $939.88 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.04 billion.
