Remy International, Inc. Announces First Quarter 2015 Results, Dividend Increased by 10%, Provides Full Year 2015 Guidance

(NASDAQ: REMY), a leading worldwide manufacturer, remanufacturer, and distributor of starter motors and alternators, multi-line products and hybrid electric motors, today announced its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2015. Remy also announced a 10% increase in its quarterly dividend to $0.11 per share payable on May 29, 2015 to stockholders of record on May 18, 2015.
