Insys Therapeutics (INSY) Declares 2-for-1 Stock Split
May 7, 2015 7:10 AM EDTInsys Therapeutics (INSY) declared a 2-for-1 stock split.
The stock split is payable on June 5, 2015 to stockholders of record on May 26, 2015, with an ex-date of June 8, 2015.
Total shares outstanding will increase from approximately 35.7 million to 71.4 million shares.

May 7, 2015 6:51 AM EDTInsys Therapeutics (NASDAQ: INSY) reported Q1 EPS of $0.63, $0.23 better than the analyst estimate of $0.40. Revenue for the quarter came in at $70.8 million versus the consensus estimate of $70.9 million.
