Kimco Realty (KIM) Tops Q1 FFO by 1c, Raises FY FFO Guidance

Kimco Realty (NYSE: KIM) reported Q1 FFO of $0.36, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.35. Revenue for the quarter came in at $283.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $262 million.
