Under the terms of the definitive agreement, Pitney Bowes will commence a tender offer for all outstanding common shares of Borderfree, at $14.00 per share in cash or approximately $395 million in the aggregate, net of expected cash and investments on Borderfrees balance sheet at the time of closing.
Groupon (GRPN) Tops Q1 EPS by 2c
May 5, 2015 4:08 PM EDTGroupon (NASDAQ: GRPN) reported Q1 EPS of $0.03, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.01. Revenue for the quarter came in at $750.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $822.8 million.
