Columbia Property Trust Declares Second Quarter 2015 Dividend
May 6, 2015 6:45 AM EDTATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Columbia Property Trust, Inc. (NYSE: CXP) has announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.30 per share, or $1.20 per share on an annualized basis, for the second quarter of 2015. The dividend will be paid on June 16, 2015, to shareholders of record as of June 1, 2015.
