ONEOK Announces First-quarter 2015 Results; Reaffirms 2015 Financial Guidance
May 5, 2015 4:10 PM EDTTULSA, Okla., May 5, 2015 /PRNewswire/ --Â ONEOK, Inc. (NYSE: OKE) today announced first-quarter 2015 net income attributable to ONEOK of $60.8 million, or 29 cents per diluted share.
First-quarter 2014 net income attributable to ONEOK was $93.5 million, or 45 cents per diluted share, which includes income from discontinued operations of $1.8 million, or 1 cent per diluted share.
Income from continuing operations attributable to ONEOK was $60.9 million in the first quarter 2015, compared with $91.7 million in the first quarter 2014.

May 5, 2015 4:05 PM EDTTULSA, Okla., May 5, 2015 /PRNewswire/ --Â ONEOK Partners, L.P. (NYSE: OKS) today announced first-quarter 2015 net income attributable to ONEOK Partners of $145.6 million, or 21 cents per unit, compared with $265.4 million, or 81 cents per unit, in the first quarter 2014.Â
Variances in financial performance between the first quarter 2015 and first quarter 2014 were primarily a reflection of significantly higher weather-related seasonal demand, resulting in higher prices for propane and natural gas, in the Midwest due to severely cold weather during the first quarter 2014 and the continued impact of commodity price declines in the first-quarter 2015.
