L-3 Declares Quarterly Dividend

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- L-3 Communications (NYSE: LLL) announced today that its board of directors has declared the companys regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.65 per share, payable on June 15, 2015 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 18, 2015.
