Isis Reports Financial Results and Highlights for First Quarter 2015
May 5, 2015 10:00 AM EDTCARLSBAD, Calif., May 5, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Isis Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: ISIS) today reported pro forma operating income of $4.0 million for the three months ended March 31, 2015 compared to a pro forma net operating loss of $22.6 million for the same period in 2014. Isis' significantly improved financial results were due to higher revenue from milestone payments earned from its partners compared to the same quarter last year. On a GAAP basis, Isis reported a loss from operations of $9.3 million for the three months ended March 31, 2015 compared to $29.7 million for the same period in 2014.
