Och-Ziff Capital Management Group LLC Reports 2015 First Quarter Results
May 5, 2015 7:30 AM EDTNEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwired) -- 05/05/15 -- Och-Ziff Capital Management Group LLC (NYSE: OZM) (the "Company" or "Och-Ziff") today reported GAAP net income allocated to Class A Shareholders ("GAAP Net Income") of $25.9 million, or $0.15 per basic and $0.14 per diluted Class A Share, for the first quarter ended March 31, 2015. The Company also declared a $0.22 per share cash dividend on its Class A Shares for the 2015 first quarter.
