IntercontinentalExchange Group (ICE) Raises Quarterly Dividend 15.4% to $0.75; Lifts Buyback to $500M
May 5, 2015 7:36 AM EDTIntercontinentalExchange Group (NYSE: ICE) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.75 per share, or $3 annualized. This is a 15.4% increase from the prior dividend of $0.65.
The dividend will be payable on June 30, 2015, to stockholders of record on June 16, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of June 26, 2015.

IntercontinentalExchange Group (ICE) Tops Q1 EPS by 9c
May 5, 2015 7:36 AM EDTIntercontinentalExchange Group (NYSE: ICE) reported Q1 EPS of $3.06, $0.09 better than the analyst estimate of $2.97. Revenue for the quarter came in at $850 million versus the consensus estimate of $840.27 million.
ICE expects second quarter 2015 adjusted operating expenses in the range of $335 million to $340 million.
