MKS Instruments Announces Increased Quarterly Cash Dividend
May 4, 2015 4:15 PM EDTANDOVER, Mass., May 4, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- MKS Instruments, Inc. (Nasdaq: MKSI), a global provider of technologies that enable advanced processes and improve productivity, today announced that its board of directors has authorized a quarterly cash dividend of $0.17 per share, an increase since its most recent dividend of $0.165 per share, payable on June 12, 2015 to shareholders of record as of June 1, 2015. Â
Future dividend declarations, as well as the record and payment dates for such dividends, are subject to the final determination of the company's Board of Directors. Â
