Arc Logistics Partners LP Announces Quarterly Distribution, First Quarter 2015 Earnings Release and Conference Call Schedule
May 1, 2015 11:04 AM EDTNEW YORK, May 1, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Arc Logistics Partners LP ("Arc Logistics" or the "Partnership"), a Delaware limited partnership (NYSE: ARCX), announced today that the board of directors of its general partner has declared a cash distribution of $0.41 per unit ($1.64 per unit on an annualized basis) for the period from January 1, 2015 through March 31, 2015. The distribution is payable on May 15, 2015 to unitholders of record on May 11, 2015.
