FINDLAY, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- For the quarter ended March 31, 2015, Cooper Tire & Rubber Company (NYSE: CTB) today announced that net income attributable to Cooper Tire & Rubber Company was $41 million, or $0.69 per share, compared with $45 million, or $0.71 per share, last year.
