PolyOne Announces First Quarter 2015 Results
April 30, 2015 4:42 PM EDTCLEVELAND, April 30, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- PolyOne Corporation (NYSE: POL) today reported its first quarter results for 2015. Adjusted earnings per share increased to an all-time high of $0.46, up from $0.44 in the first quarter of 2014. GAAP earnings per share of $0.34 in the first quarter of 2015 increased from $0.31 in the first quarter of 2014. Special items for the first quarter of 2015 included realignment charges and one-time tax adjustments, which resulted in a net after-tax charge of $11.4 million, or $0.12 per share (see Attachment 3).
