Columbia Property Trust Reports First Quarter 2015 Results
April 30, 2015 4:30 PM EDTATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Columbia Property Trust, Inc. (the Company) (NYSE: CXP) reported financial results today for the first quarter ended March 31, 2015.
Highlights:
For the first quarter of 2015, Normalized Funds from Operations (FFO) per diluted share was $0.52, Adjusted Funds from Operations (AFFO) per diluted share was $0.37, and Net Income Attributable to Common Stockholders per diluted share was $0.04 Improved our concentration in key markets and central business districts by acquiring 315 Park Avenue South in New York for $372 million and 116 Huntington Avenue in Boston's Back Bay for $152 million...
