Columbia Property Trust (CXP) Reports Q1 FFO of 52c
April 30, 2015 4:46 PM EDTColumbia Property Trust (NYSE: CXP) reported Q1 EPS of $0.52, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.50. Revenue for the quarter came in at $147.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $137.88 million. It FY15 sees normalized FFO of $1.85-$1.91.
