Visa Inc. Reports Fiscal Second Quarter 2015 Net Income of $1.6 billion or $0.63 per Diluted Share
April 30, 2015 4:06 PM EDTFOSTER CITY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Visa Inc. (NYSE: V) today announced financial results for the Companys fiscal second quarter 2015. Net income for the quarter was $1.6 billion. Earnings per share was $0.63 (adjusted for the Companys four-for-one class A common stock split on March 19, 2015), flat over the prior year period and reflective of the one-time favorable tax benefit of $201 million recognized in that period. All references to earnings per share assume fully-diluted class A share count unless otherwise noted.
