(NYSE: ORN) (the "Company"), a heavy civil marine contractor, today reported net loss for the three months ended March 31, 2015, of $258 thousand ($0.01 diluted loss per share). These results compare to a net loss of $210 thousand ($0.01 diluted loss per share) for the same period a year ago. During the first quarter 2015, the Company elected to accelerate the vesting of certain stock compensation granted to Jim Rose, former Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, who passed away during the quarter.
