Audience (ADNC) Misses Q1 EPS by 1c
April 30, 2015 8:48 AM EDTAudience (NASDAQ: ADNC) reported Q1 EPS of ($0.46), $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.45). Revenue for the quarter came in at $18.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $18.05 million.

The transaction will expand Knowles existing expertise in intelligent audio and signal processing solutions through Audiences strong engineering team and robust patent portfolio. The highly complementary product and technology portfolios will enable Knowles to deliver comprehensive audio solutions to its existing customers.
