April 29, 2015 4:35 PM EDTHOUSTON, April 29, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Kraton Performance Polymers, Inc. (NYSE: KRA), a leading global producer of styrenic block copolymers, announces financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2015.
2015 FIRST QUARTER OVERVIEW
Sales volume was 74.4 kilotons in the first quarter 2015 and 2014. Gross profit was $46.6 million in the first quarter 2015 compared to $57.1 million in the first quarter 2014. Adjusted gross profit(1) (non-GAAP) was $80.0 million, or $1,075 per ton, in the first quarter 2015 compared to $66.2 million, or $890 per ton, in the first quarter 2014.
