Flextronics (FLEX) Tops Q4 EPS by 2c; Will Acquire Mirror Controls International
April 29, 2015 4:04 PM EDTFlextronics (NASDAQ: FLEX) reported Q4 EPS of $0.27, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.25. Revenue for the quarter came in at $5.95 billion versus the consensus estimate of $6.27 billion.
Flextronics sees Q2 2015 EPS of $0.20-$0.26, versus the consensus of $0.26. Flextronics sees Q2 2015 revenue of $5.6-6.2 billion, versus the consensus of $6.5 billion.
The company also announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Mirror Controls International (MCi) from private equity firm Egeria in an all cash transaction valuing its share capital at 457 million ($494 million USD*).
