Westfield Financial, Inc. Reports Results for the Quarter Ended March 31, 2015 and Declares Quarterly Dividend

WESTFIELD, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Westfield Financial, Inc. (the Company) (NasdaqGS: WFD), the holding company for Westfield Bank (the Bank), reported net income of $1.3 million, or $0.08 per diluted share, for the quarter ended March 31, 2015, compared to $1.6 million, or $0.09 per diluted share, for the quarter ended March 31, 2014.
