Alliance Resource Partners, L.P. Increases Quarterly Cash Distribution 1.9% to $0.6625 Per Unit and Updates 2015 Guidance

(NASDAQ: ARLP) today reported financial and operating results for the quarter ended March 31, 2015 (the "2015 Quarter"). Total revenues climbed to $560.4 million, an increase of 3.4% compared to the quarter ended March 31, 2014 (the "2014 Quarter") reflecting higher other sales and operating revenues. Increased revenues and production contributed to higher EBITDA, which rose $1.8 million to $192.2 million for the 2015 Quarter. (NASDAQ: AHGP) today announced that the Board of Directors of its general partner (the "Board") increased the cash distribution to unitholders for the quarter ended March 31, 2015 (the "2015 Quarter ") to $0.9375 per unit, or an annualized rate of $3.75 per unit, payable on May 20, 2015 to AHGPs unitholders of record as of the close of trading on May 13, 2015.
