SMTC Reports First Quarter Results
April 28, 2015 5:00 PM EDTReports revenue of $48.7 million, a 16.0% decline compared to $58.0 million in the prior year. Reports $1.4 million or 2.9% in adjusted EBITDA, a 14.2% increase compared to prior year of $1.2 million or 2.1%. Reports gross profit of 7.4% compared to 8.1% in the prior year. When excluding the effects of the unrealized portion of foreign exchange on derivative financial instruments, gross profit was 8.1% compared to 7.7% in the prior year. Reports net loss of $0.4 million compared to net loss of $0.8 million in the prior year, reflecting continued operating improvement.
