Cypress Energy Partners Announces First Quarter Cash Distribution
April 28, 2015 5:24 PM EDTTULSA, Okla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Cypress Energy Partners, L.P. (NYSE: CELP) announced today that the board of directors of its general partner declared a cash distribution for the first quarter of 2015. The cash distribution is $0.406413 per limited partner unit. This amount remains unchanged from the fourth quarter of 2014 and reflects a 4.88% increase over the target minimum quarterly cash distribution of $0.3875 for the Partnerships first quarter ending March 31, 2015. The distribution will be payable on May 15, 2015 to all unitholders of record on May 8, 2015.
