Express Scripts Announces 1st Quarter Results; Announces New Credit Agreement; Narrows 2015 Guidance Range; Maintains Mid-Point

LOUIS, April 28, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Express Scripts Holding Company (Nasdaq: ESRX) announced 2015 first quarter net income attributable to Express Scripts stockholders of $441.1 million, or $0.60 per diluted share. Adjusted earnings per diluted share, as detailed in Table 4, were $1.10 for the first quarter.1 Â
