Waters Reports First Quarter 2015 Financial Results
April 28, 2015 7:00 AM EDTMILFORD, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Waters Corporation (NYSE: WAT) reported today first quarter 2015 sales of $460 million, an increase of 7% in comparison to sales of $431 million in the first quarter of 2014. Foreign currency translation reduced sales growth by 8%. On a GAAP basis, earnings per diluted share (EPS) for the first quarter of 2015 were $1.15 compared to $0.82 for the first quarter of 2014. On a non-GAAP basis, including the adjustments in the attached reconciliation, EPS were up 32% to $1.21 compared to $0.92 in the prior year quarter.
