Anchor Bancorp Reports Third Quarter Fiscal 2015 Earnings
April 27, 2015 1:00 PM EDTLACEY, Wash., April 27, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Anchor Bancorp (Nasdaq: ANCB) ("Company"), the holding company for Anchor Bank ("Bank"), today reported third quarter earnings for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2015. For the quarter ended March 31, 2015, the Company reported net income of $305,000 or $0.12 per diluted share, compared to net income of $385,000 or $0.16 per diluted share for the same period last year. For the nine months ended March 31, 2015, the Company reported net income of $9.2 million or $3.72 per diluted share, which includes an $8.2 million tax benefit related to the reversal of the valuation allowance on deferred tax assets...
