April 27, 2015 8:01 AM EDTTAIPEI, Taiwan, April 27, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Silicon Motion Technology Corporation (Nasdaq: SIMO) ("Silicon Motion" or the "Company"), a global leader in NAND flash controllers for solid state storage devices and specialty RF IC solutions for mobile devices, announces today its quarterly cash dividend.
The Board of Directors of the Company has declared the payment of a quarterly dividend of US$0.15 per ADS1, equivalent to US$0.0375 per ordinary share, which will be paid on May 21, 2015 to all shareholders of record on May 11, 2015.
