USA Compression Partners Announces Eighth Consecutive Quarterly Distribution Increase since IPO; First Quarter 2015 Earnings Release and Conference Call Scheduled for May 7
April 23, 2015 4:30 PM EDTAUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- USA Compression Partners, LP (NYSE: USAC) (the Partnership) today announced an increased cash distribution of $0.515 per unit on its common and subordinated units for the first quarter of 2015, which corresponds to an annualized distribution rate of $2.06 per unit, up from the fourth quarters distribution rate of $0.51 per unit, or an annualized rate of $2.04. The Partnerships first quarter distribution rate is an increase of 1.0% over the fourth quarter of 2014 and is up 5.1% year-over-year. The distribution will be paid on May 15, 2015, to unitholders of record as of the close of business on May 5, 2015.... More
