NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The board of directors of Pfizer Inc. today declared a 28-cent second-quarter 2015 dividend on the companys common stock, payable June 2, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 8, 2015. The second-quarter 2015 cash dividend will be the 306th consecutive quarterly dividend paid by Pfizer.
