Lakeland Bancorp Reports 16% Increase in Net Income and Raises Cash Dividend
April 23, 2015 9:03 AM EDTOAK RIDGE, N.J., April 23, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Lakeland Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq: LBAI) (the "Company") reported the following positive results for the first quarter of 2015:
Net Income for the first quarter of 2015 was $8.3 million, a 16% increase compared to $7.2 million for the first quarter of 2014. Earnings per diluted share in the first quarter of 2015 were $0.22, compared to $0.19 in the first quarter of 2014, an increase of 16%. Annualized Return on Average Assets was 0.96%, Annualized Return on Average Common Equity was 8.81%, and Annualized Return on Average Tangible Common Equity was 12.43%.
