SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- F5 Networks (NASDAQ: FFIV) announced today that Manny Rivelo has been named as the companys President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of F5s Board of Directors effective July 1, 2015. Previously, Rivelo served as F5s Executive Vice President of Strategic Solutions. F5 Networks Announces Results for Second Quarter of Fiscal 2015
April 22, 2015 4:05 PM EDTSEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- For the second quarter of fiscal 2015, F5 Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: FFIV) announced revenue of $472.1 million, up 2 percent from $462.8 million in the prior quarter and 12 percent from $420.0 million in the second quarter of fiscal 2014.
GAAP net income was $85.7 million ($1.18 per diluted share), compared to $89.1 million ($1.21 per diluted share) in the prior quarter and $69.6 million ($0.91 per diluted share) in the second quarter a year ago.
